TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

Full payment by credit card is required upon booking.

No room will be confirmed without the corresponding payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Rooms can be canceled with full reimbursement until December 4th, 2025.

From December 5th, 2025, and following MWC2026 Rules, neither cancellation nor reduction of stay will be possible.

Please note that, when applicable, refunds will be processed after the Congress.

REGISTRATION AND BOOKING

Please register on the booking site. Once you have created your credentials, you will be able to access the accommodation platform and proceed with your hotel booking.

HOTEL ALLOCATION BY CATEGORY

Each Ericsson category has a specific hotel allocation.

Ericsson will provide you with a password granting access to your designated category. Once logged in, select your preferred hotel and complete the booking process.

Please remember that full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

MANDATORY DATES

Please note that each hotel has mandatory dates and a minimum stay requirement.

This information is detailed in each hotel’s description. Make sure to review it carefully before finalizing your booking.

MODIFYING YOUR STAY (ADDING OR CANCELING NIGHTS)

You may edit your reservation by adding or removing nights. Extensions and cancellations must be completed separately:

1. Add the extra nights and save your changes.
2. Process the corresponding payment.
3. Then cancel the desired nights and save again.

BOOKING TRANSFERS

Reservations may be transferred to other registered participants, subject to prior authorization by Ericsson. Please consider the following:

• Transfer within the same organization:
  • The new holder will gain access to the reservation and hotel voucher, but not to the payment receipt.
  • The original holder will lose access to the hotel voucher but will retain access to the payment receipts.
  • No refunds will be processed in this case.
• Transfer to a different organization:
  • The original holder may transfer the reservation to the new participant.
  • Once the transfer is completed, please contact: mwc.bcn.hotel@amexgbt.com.
  • The logistics agency will arrange the corresponding refund to the original holder and provide a new payment link to the new participant.
  • Please note that, in all cases, refunds are processed after the Congress.
  • If a transferred booking includes double rooms, any changes to the accompanying guest’s details must be requested through the logistics agency. Please contact: mwc.bcn.hotel@amexgbt.com.

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS

The booking platform will remain open until February 10th.

After this date, it will be temporarily closed until February 17th.

No changes or new reservations can be made during this period.

Once the platform reopens on February 17th, participants will be able to make last-minute changes and requests.
